Our treatment plans are not a pick-and-choose menu. Your provider will recommend the care necessary to properly diagnose and treat your dental needs, and your costs will be based on that recommended plan.
Patients always have the right to decline any or all recommended treatment. However, we will not deviate from appropriate comprehensive care or the standard of care, including obtaining all necessary diagnostic information. If recommended care is declined, we may be unable to proceed with treatment and may recommend seeking care from another practice that better aligns with your needs.
Listed fees are office rates and are subject to change based on diagnostic or treatment needs, insurance coverage, and available payment or financing options. We will provide a treatment estimate based on these factors before treatment begins.
